Scope
Dream Channels is a private desktop command-line tool for the operator's own channels. These pages provide information about that tool; they offer no public account, subscription, upload service or customer support commitment. The tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.
YouTube authorization and content
Use requires authorization for a channel the operator controls and agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service. The operator remains responsible for content rights, audience designation, required synthetic-media disclosures, metadata and compliance with YouTube policies. Technical tests do not establish permission to publish particular content.
Operator control and current limitations
Writes default to a dry run and require explicit application and confirmation of the reviewed plan. Initial uploads are private and unscheduled. Changes to metadata, scheduling, playlists and channel profiles require further review. These safeguards support deliberate operation; they do not guarantee platform acceptance or prevent every possible error.
Read-only channel acceptance has been checked. Write capabilities have been tested with mocks and dry runs; live upload and publishing qualification is pending. Public launch and any required Google or YouTube verification remain separate prerequisites. API availability and authorization can change or be revoked.
Privacy and access withdrawal
Data handling is described in the privacy policy. Access can be withdrawn through Google Account permissions. Requests concerning application-held data can be sent to dreamchannelhq@gmail.com.
No service guarantee
The tool is provided for the operator's own use without a promise of uninterrupted service, successful publication, or fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not limit any rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
